We ship using USPS or DHL. Generally orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time you submit the order. You will be notified if there will be a delay in shipping any ordered item(s).
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All sales are considered final. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to items returned for a cash refund within 14 days upon arrival of the shipment. There are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY SOFTWARE ITEMS!Returned items must be received in the same condition that they were shipped to you, including all manuals, packaging, software, cables or connectors. After 14 days, the item can only be exchanged or replaced if it is defective. All products sold by us have a 180 day in-house warranty unless stated otherwise; such as those warrantied by the original manufacturer. In-house warranties are good for repair or exchange of like items only. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
